Well, we have scoped out the project, the releases, we have the product backlog all listed, we have priorities defined.

Sometimes the most difficult next step is to go from that point to the next, which is actually define the sprint backlog and make it work.

I always like to listen and read Mike Cohn’s. He has this very enlightening way of simplifying the most complex flows and make it very sensible.
