We, veterans we know that we are always in need of more optimization, and we are always looking for the best way to do it.

So assuming that Agile is really the way to go, and assuming we are embracing the desired process (hey my backlog is all ready, my sprint backlog is ready, I am having the dailies, etc), are we happy with the results?

Evidently there are a lot of cases that we do not see yet the bug difference and improvement. How does that happen, what don’t we do right?

Well, you may be interested to know that you are not the only one to be struggling and lots of companies\teams have not yet reached the phase they can see the results.

It looks like it is not really easy to embrace the new philosophy and processes. it is a cultural change first of all.

I am sure the following article might be of help.
